Helen: I think that would be the safest thing to do, under the circumstances.
SY: What does it say about me that I didn't think MacFarlane was that funny? Then again, I haven't watched the cartoon, although I believe I know who Stewie is.
IB, it really does help if you know all things Stewie. And part of the joy is hearing That Voice come out of MacFarlane when you expect it to come out of a diapered baby with a football-shaped head.
YouTube has a ton of snippets--just search on Stewie, and perhaps you'll become as big a slave to the little imp as I have.
As a followup to Dan Waber’s x365 project, for which participants wrote about one person a day for a year, Lisa Otter’s starting a 365 project to blog a song a day (a musical memoir writing exercise). Her hub (and the project) is called Dancing about Architecture, based on the Elvis Costello quote: “Writing about music is like dancing about architecture—it’s a really stupid thing to want to do.” To join in, link to her blog. •
I really don’t have time to do this, so most entries will likely be the briefest of notes. • Or maybe I’ll last a day or two and drop out.

A stuffed olive, always. Reminds me of my childhood. (Olives, not martinis. You may think I was like Stewie as a baby, but I was a tad more reserved.)
Sorry, I was trying to link Stewie to this cool video in which Seth MacFarlane addresses Harvard as Stewie.
I'm not sure which I prefer. Can I try one of each?
